very once in a while I get these obsessions. Years ago, it was the Backstreet Boys. I had to know all their names and favorite colors so I could torture my hipster newspaper colleagues with the information. One week it was bichon frises, the poofy white poodles. I don't know what happens, I just go mad I guess (I don't even like poodles). So this winter it was board games. I just kept blathering on about them and buying them and playing them and so today, on The Morning News, you can read a little fictiony thing I wrote about board games. Also, you can see what I look like (although the illustration under the masthead is much clearer). That illustration is based on a picture of me taken by my friend Ada. I was laughing at my friend Jerm as he sang into a bottle of ketchup. He's crazy about ketchup.
